At least in with the passage of Senate Bill 716, the "Wake Up Call" bill. If Sen. Mary Jane Garcia's bill passes, NM will join Arizona in not observing daylight savings time. Citing it as a safety issue among other reasons, there is no good rational she claims for following this "archaic policy".

Dartmouth's 17th President Announced

Dr. Jim Yong Kim, a Global Health Leader becomes Dartmouth's 17th President.  Kim becomes the first minority male to lead an Ivy League Institution, and replaces retiring President James Wright.
